Orders and Returns
When you order your groceries with udayaonline.com.au, our friendly drivers will deliver your shopping right to your door. If our drivers are not available for this delivery, we will arrange courier service to deliver your shopping to your door.
Any shopping items ordered before 3 p.m. on a day, we will deliver the goods on the following day or two by using our delivery drivers if the delivery area is within the 10 Km radius of Wentworthville. If the delivery location is further away and/or we ran out of delivery drivers, we will arrange courier service Sendle to deliver your goods which could take up to 3 business days. Delivery Fees are advised when you order the products online.
Our delivery team will review your order with you to make sure everything is perfect on arrival. If any items you ordered is missing or not correct, we re-deliver the items free of charge. If we cannot replace the item or if you don’t agree for a replacement item, we will refund what you have paid for the item.
If you notice the product is faulty or damaged after your driver has left, you have to bring it by yourself to our Wentworthville store and speak to one of our friendly staff. They will assist you to find a replacement item or make arrangement for refund.
If it is change of mind for any reason, Udaya reserves the right to accept or deny the return product and refund. Udaya will not accept any returns without the proof of the purchases.
Udaya will not accept any returns of items which are not under warranty after being delivered more than a week.
All products returned must be same as at the time of purchase.
